The loneliness of the long distance debate-watcher
So, it’s 1am UK time as I type… and the debate is starting in an hour.
I’ve been toying with the idea of going to bed. But of course, I’m not going to. I’m about to put the kettle on, make some tea, and tune into the live debate coverage on MSNBC. Why not join me, fellow English election geeks/insomniacs?

*Update* Upsetting news of the night: the Ku Klux Klan is gathering in Mississippi tonight. It just makes me want to cry.
