Obama addresses the National Governors Association

Barack – and I think we can call him “Barack” now, can’t we? I mean, until we can call him “Mr President”, obviously – spoke to the nation’s* governors at their annual conference in Philadelphia today. And in doing so, spoke a lot of sense. As always:
