that’s easy – “Gordon Brown” by The Stranglers.
actually, British political parties have appropriated pop songs – in 1997, when Tony Blair got in, Labour’s anthem was “Things Can Only Get Better” by D:REAM. it was played to death the night they won. but as with most pop songs, it is, of course, about love, and therefore only appropriate up to a certain point (ie. the first line of the chorus).
